A communication to the Government under this date by the four now Official Justices, in which they joined in those decisions, was read "to the general meeting of Justices and received its unanimous approval; and we now respectfully beg to inform His Excellency that while we most sincerely regret being compelled to differ from him in opinion upon this subject, we do most cordially and fully assent to and confirm, in every particular, the view taken of His Excellency's Memorandum by those four Justices,

and the opinions respecting it expressed in this communication to the Government.
